Description:
WB has a menu for view WB bus.
It's a 'Help-View Reported bugs', but it point a below URL and open the browser.
Firefox cannot biew with this URL with 'The file you have requested (saved/WB%20bugs) does not exist.' error.

http://bugs.mysql.com/saved/WB%2520bugs

MS Windows version, it does not use a browser, so it can display right page.

How to repeat:
Help-View Reported bugs on RHEL6.

Suggested fix:
Use this URL

http://bugs.mysql.com/saved/WB%20bugs

Instead of 'http://bugs.mysql.com/saved/WB%2520bugs'.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.1.3 release, and here's the changelog entry:

On Linux, "Help-View Reported bugs" link (to view current MySQL Workbench
bugs) was broken. Its path included "WB%2520bugs" instead of "WB%20bugs".

Thank you for the bug report.
