http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-cluster-mgm-definition.html fails to mention the ability to specify a default configuration for ndb_mgmd. Other references are made in other places of the manual to [ndb_mgmd default] but this page doesn't call it out specifically/clearly. I would have hoped that this page would be the final reference on the subject. :-)

Already fixed in mysqldoc rev 37680 in response to Kevin's comment in the Manual.
