Description:
Please include files specified with ssl-ca, ssl-key, ssl-cert, ssl-crl, etc.

How to repeat:
Setup a MySQL server with SSL, run a backup and try to fully restore the service without touching the client configuration.

Suggested fix:
Backup the files in the SSL configuration. Be careful to protect access to the SSL key (e.g. chmod 600 during restore)
