Description:
Same as bug#71573, but for mysqladmin:

D:\mysql-5.6.17-win32>bin\mysqladmin --skip-secure-auth
bin\mysqladmin: unknown option '--skip-secure-auth'

D:\mysql-5.6.17-win32>bin\mysql --skip-secure-auth
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.

How to repeat:
Run mysqladmin --skip-secure-auth

Suggested fix:
Add support for --skip-secure-auth for mysqladmin.
