Description:
As for quote-marks and vertical bars, I use only ANSI mode. I tryed Workbench for copying all my stuff from the 5.5.8 database to the new 5.6.14, but for every table s first variable there was in the log a complaint that a character string was out of place. Nothing was copied but the database-names.

It looked as if Workbench was not taking "sql_mode" s parsing modes into account.

How to repeat:
Set up an old database and a new one, with "ANSI" in both s "sql_mode". Create a table in the old database, and use Workbench to copy the old to the new.

Suggested fix:
That Workbench find the parsing modes for carrying out its migration.

Has this issue been resolved in the latest WB version (6.3.6)?
