PERFORMANCE_SCHEMA.THREADS table misses port in PROCESSLIST_HOST column

This is a feature request: add a PORT column in table
performance_schema.threads.

This is an ease of use improvement, one should not *have* to instrument network io (and instrument every network io operation) *only* to get a port number, even when available in table socket_instances.

Consider also adding an IP column, for the client IP address
