Description:
Errors, which listed in setting slave-skip-errors, are not logged to mysql error log.

Likely it's not a bug but feature request, but maybe it'll be convinient to somebody else to know that skipped errors were happened on their server.

Thanks!

How to repeat:
1. Set in mysql configuration slave-skip-errors = 1451,1452.
2. Make such that slave cannot replicate data due foreign key constraint (errors 1451, 1452).
3. Mysql error log doesn't contain any information about errors.
