Description:
When creating a bug report I notice that "impact on me" is not set. This seems unexpected.
I create a bug report or feature request and it does not affect me? Normally that would not be the case.
e.g. http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=71003

I do not really want to have to additionally click on every bug report to say this affects me. The usual case would be that the bug affects at least the reporter.

How to repeat:
Create a bug and notice how "impact on me" shows "None".

Suggested fix:
So I don't know how you use this information but it would seem more logical to change the affects me by default for the reporter to be set to true.

Also please add a counter of how many people have signed up as saying this feature affects them.
It's not very "nice" if you're adding this button to not then expose the results to the users of the website.
If you want to be paranoid only show that information to people who have "logged in", but I would not be that paranoid.

I would also suggest back filling the "impact on me" setting to include the reporter at least from the point in time that you added this feature.

Is this still an issue? It looks to be fixed.
