Description:
There is no side scrollbar on most of the long pages, e.g. Graphs page, Query Analyzer page. It is not convenient to scroll all the way to the bottom. Also the horizontal scrollbar is only shown when you scroll to the bottom, would be good if it can freeze.

How to repeat:
MEM3.0 WEB

Suggested fix:
Add vertical scroll bar and freeze horizontal one.

I see sidebars on my long pages and horizontal bars as well if needed. Check what browser you are using, it may not be from the following list.
