Description:
I installed Apache2.0.44, PHP 4.3.9 and MySQL 4.1.7 in Windows 2000 Advanced Server.
Before I upgrade MySQL to 4.1.7, the Apache worked well. But after I upgrade to 4.1.7 it had occurred several times unexpectedly terminated.
In the event viewer it showed follow information:

The Apache2 service terminated unexpectedly.
It has done this 23 time(s). 
The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.

Could you help me to solve this problem? Because this server is production server and I received many complain call in the past days.

How to repeat:
After I restart Apache, it will be terminated unexpectedly after 3 hours.
