As noted by my Facebook friend Federico Razzoli, the description for --server-public-key-path=file_name is wrong in the summary table. Check http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-command-options.html:

"Display help message and exit"

How to repeat:
Check http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-command-options.html.

Suggested fix:
Correct short description in the table based on http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/mysql-command-options.html#option_mysql_server-publ...
