Description:
I have a Web Services, thats connects to my mysql database. But some connections to the database generate this error.

"The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server. 
com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure"

How to repeat:
The error is generated, each time the web service sends a request for database with updates for data.
