Description:
There's no way to check credentials and this would be useful.
Given there may be a proxy in the environment direct connection to Oracle's site may not work, so having a way to confirm if there's an issue or if connectivity works fine would be good.

How to repeat:
see above.

Suggested fix:
Please provide a test / check credentials and connection button for when you add support credentials.
Otherwise they may be wrong, or a proxy config may be wrong and it won't be immediately apparent.

The test button could provide more detailed diagnostics, confirming if a proxy is being used, if the support site can be reached, and then if the credentials appear to work.

Makes checking stuff much easier.

Perhaps have a status like (green/red) ? which indicates whether the last attempt to reach the support site worked or not.
