Description:
Slow Query Log chapter does not mention the newer log-queries-not-using-indexes option, which from 4.1 is required to get the old log-long-format behavior.

How to repeat:
Read manual.

Suggested fix:
Update manual.

It should also probably be mentioned in Server System Variables. It is noted for myqld command-line arguments already.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the
documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website
shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant
product(s).

Additional info:

Added information to the slow query log section.

I didn't update the system variable section, because
there are no missing variables there.
