Description:
I have installed and reinstalled the software multiple time. The very first time it work like a charm. I didn't use it for awhile and when i got to it the exception was thrown. Each time i have reinstalled it and opened the workbench, the external component error would appear. If i closed the error box, it would close my program saying "MySQL has stopped working".

How to repeat:
Open the workbench.

Thank you for the bug report. . If you rename the below folder fix the issue?

C:\Users\yourUsername\AppData\Roaming\MySQL\Workbench
