Description:
Edit table definition (Tble Editor), on  Table Options, change Charset and Collation both to 'efault'.  Click "Apply Changes", note that the displayed SQL is defective.

Executing returns SQL error 1064.

How to repeat:
Edit an existing table definition (Table Editor)
Click tab "Table Options" change Charset and Collation both to 'default' or some other valueif already Default.
Click "Apply Changes", 
Note that the displayed SQL is defective. The word 'COLLATE' is clipped to 'OLLATE'
Click Execute. Error 1064 is displayed.

Still presents on 1.0.18.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/
