Description:
please do not automatically create a hyperlink for any bug that is not viewable on bugs.mysql.com due to lack of privileges or an invalid number.

e.g.:

Bug #11753153 INNODB GENERATES SYMBOLS THAT ARE TOO LONG, INVALID DDL FROM SHOW CREATE

Bug #69062 should always link to http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=69062

Bug #70219 should not generate hyperlink for non-employees (security bug)

Suggested fix:
If an employee is logged in, allow internal bug numbers urls to point directly to the internal bugdb.

If a bug would be invisible to the current user, do not create a hyperlink.

I raised a similar one for links in the documentation (mainly Change Logs) a while ago, this unfortunately just resulted in the easy "fix" of simply not adding any bug links at all anymore ... :(
