Description:
Whenever I try to alter a routine, the application stops responding, and I get an error message saying "Exception of type 'Sysetm.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.

How to repeat:
Alter a routine. 

Suggested fix:
Can't find a fix. I'm not able to alter routines any more.
