Description:
Workbench allows management of user accounts by assigning a pseudo-role (a collection of privileges) to a user account. These "roles" ("DBA", "MaintenanceAdmin", "ProcessAdmin", etc.) are baked into WB, and cannot be customized by end users. WB could make user management easier by allowing end users to define roles, and export/import those role definitions, and provide the ability to apply/remove such roles from multiple user accounts.
