Description:
I really don't know if this is due to an actual bug, but I am taking the chance to mention it here since the following behavior happens since I am using MySQL administrator and its system tray monitor...

Context:

   1. MySQL server installed as a service - ok, it works fine, I can do everything I'm supposed to
   2. MySQL System Tray Monitor is launched with Windows.

Odd behaviors:

   1. While the system tray monitor icon shows me that there is MUCH traffic on the server, and my computer slows down during that time, the MySQL Administrator's "Health" charts (Connection usage, traffic and nb od SQL queries) tells me the opposite (flat liners...)

   2. Every 30 minutes or so (sometimes every 10 minutes), I can see from the Tray monitor icon MUCH activity on my MySQL Server instance.

   3. So Just to check things out, I open MySQL Administrator ver 1.0.14, and it shows me that there are 2 active connection threads for the user "root" instead of one (the one used by MySQL Administrator).

How to repeat:
Recreate the context above-mentioned

Suggested fix:

I wasn't able to repeat this behavior on W2k and XP Home Edition.
