Hi, thanks for the bug report. This issue is duplicated of http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=69760 Long story made short, M4VS 1.0.2 is actually registering as provider (if Cnet 6.7.x was to register will break M4VS). Since then, we have found a better fix, and things will work as usual in future release (Actually Connector/NET 6.8.0 already implements this fix).
