Description:
If i have a file loaded, it does not show in the tab at the top.  If i save a file, it does not show in the top tabs either.  Still references SQL File X.  At the bottom of the application it does show the path to which the file is saved, but I am not totally sure it works correctly.  

I have also noticed that the file sometimes looses the auto-save feature when the application crashes.  I added a bunch of new sql and the application crashed (not related to the sql) and when I opened the file up again, it was missing the new sql i had just written.

How to repeat:
