Description:
MySQL cluster reported a crash and resulted in node failures while running on optimize table command on a disk based ndb table.

cluster fail to start after that and reported the below errors.
during the optimize system was under normal load and not at all stressed.
there are no disk errors in system logs and dmesg.
we tried to get the info from the logs, traces and redo logs.

How to repeat:
once you run optimize on a large table, cluster will crash and fail to start.
