Could you please check your registry and delete all old keys. It seems you have an old key [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MySQL AB\MySQL Query Browser 1.0] make sure you only have [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MySQL AB\MySQL Query Browser 1.1] and that the correct version/location is entered there. This could happen if you don't deinstall 1.0 before installing 1.1.
