And both LICENSE files, obviously. $ ls -al LICENSE* -rw-r--r-- 1 andrew None 17987 Aug 2 06:17 LICENSE.txt -rw-r--r-- 1 andrew None 2779 Aug 2 06:17 LICENSE_com.txt

Posted by developer: The source packages of Utilities 1.3.4 have been repackaged with only the GPL-referencing LICENSE and README files, signed and posted as 1.3.4a on dev.mysql.com for download. These source packages are identical to the original 1.3.4 community source packages, except README_com.txt and LICENSE_com.txt have been removed. Build scripts are being updated to correct future releases.

Fixed as of MySQL Utilities 1.3.5, and here's the changelog entry: The source packages of Utilities 1.3.4 were repackaged with only the GPL-referencing LICENSE and README files, signed and posted as 1.3.4a on dev.mysql.com for download. These source packages were identical to the original 1.3.4 community source packages, except README_com.txt and LICENSE_com.txt have been removed. Thank you for the bug report.
