Description:
I almost missed the "MySQL Server - Logging" category as it is located between
"Tests" and "Tracing" in the Category dropdown, and not near "Locking" as the mostly alphabetically sorted category list would imply 

How to repeat:
See "Category" select box contents in "Report a bug" form

Suggested fix:
Improve sorting

This issue has been fixed with category autocomplete feature enabled on bug reporting page. Just stet typing "log.." and the category appears.
