Description:
When you add odr cahnge a trigger, you can not save it. Workbench asks for save changes but it has no effekt and leads to a loop until you cancel.

How to repeat:
add table
add trigger
save model
open model
no trigger appears. if a trigger appears ...
 modify trigger
 save
 open model
 changes are not present

only working solution is to add a trigger my mysql console and refactor the database cahnge into the model - this is baaad.
