Unless I'm mistaking the meaning of the table for the 'back_log' option Cmd-Line and Option file should both have a 'Yes' as this value can be changed on the mysqld command line (as per documentation) and also via a /etc/my.cnf entry.

Suggested fix:
Add 'Yes' to the 2 columns for the specified row in the table.

Issue affected many items, not just back_log.
