Description:
The original submitter of a new bug report is very likely to be affected by it, too, so it would make sense to set "Affects me" to yes by default in this case.

The current case of actively having to click one more button when submitting a new bug report is probably way more likely than the opposite that a submitter does consider herself unaffected by their own report

How to repeat:
Report a bug, see that "Affects me" is not active yet ...
