Description:
When trying to log into any PAM authenticated servers I get the following error:

Authentication plugin 'mysql_clear_password' cannot be loaded: plugin not enabled.

Seems it's not checking for the environment variable "LIBMYSQL_ENABLE_CLEARTEXT_PLUGIN".

These same servers connect via PAM just fine in Workbench 5.2.47 Revision 10398.

How to repeat:
Try logging into a PAM authenticated MySQL server.

Suggested fix:
Check for LIBMYSQL_ENABLE_CLEARTEXT_PLUGIN and enable plugin.

Does it work if you toggle Enable cleartext authentication plugin in the advanced options tab for the connection?
