Description:
During a new user entry or editing existing user , it is impossible to reach user details. Always comes an error

MySQL Error number 1048
Column 'o' cannot be null..

It was working till version 1.013 then not anymore..

How to repeat:
in MySQL Administrator, trying to insert a new or editing an existin customer, then failure happens.

I checked with 2 versions

with 4.0.21 
Error:
MySQL Error number 1048
Column 'o' cannot be null..
[3 Dec 2004 3:43] MySQL Verification Team 
I tested against 4.0.22 and I was able to add and edit existing user
without any problems.
