Thank you for the bug report. Repeatable on Windows 8 (Windows 7 not repeatable).

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.0.3 release, and here's the changelog entry: On Microsoft Windows 8, a "Handle is not Initialized" exception would be generated after performing a "Find and Replace" in the routine tab that is located in the group routines section. Thank you for the bug report.
