Description:
On first screen of installer, go to the Resources section, then Release Notes.
The URL gives "Page not found":
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/news-5-6-11.html

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
Either fix the website or fix the installer to point to
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.6/en/news-5-6-11.html

This problem has been fixed in the Installer's product manifest in a previous version of the Installer.
I can't reproduce this problem anymore installing 5.6.11, tested as well with the latest 5.6 version, and the link for release notes is functional.
