Description:
toolbar flashes for every button press in query window

How to repeat:
try to type something in query window

Suggested fix:
do not invalidate toolbar (or even better the particular button) 
if it's state was not changed

There is a general design problem as the toolbars are not components yet. This will improved with version 2.0 and for this reason we won't touch the existing solution more than necessary.
