The new release of utilities : release-1.3.4 contains the man pages. Users who wish to repackage can use the .tar/.zip package from dev.mysql.com.

What is the documentation aspect of this bug report? Mention that MU 1.2.x does not bundle documentation, as it is bundled as of MU 1.3.x?

The following 1.3.0 changelog entry was added: The documentation is now bundled, and exists in the "doc/" folder. Thank you for the bug report.
