Description:
The version list of "MySQL 5.6 Release Notes" does not mark 5.6.10 as the first GA release, and the 5.6.10 changes page doesn't clearly say so either in title or text.

How to repeat:
See

  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.6/en/

and

  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.6/en/news-5-6-10.html

Compare with

  http://dev.mysql.com/doc/relnotes/mysql/5.5/en/

where 5.5.8 is clearly marked as first GA release:

"Changes in MySQL 5.5.8 (2010-12-03, General Availability)"

Suggested fix:
Change page title from

  "Changes in MySQL 5.6.10 (2013-02-05)"

to

"Changes in MySQL 5.6.10 (2013-02-05, General Availability)"

Thanks for pointing it out.
