As documentation is explicitly non free, please provides a source tarball without the documentation which is not free.

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
provide 2 upstream tarball:
- one for Connector/Python sources with only free stuff
- one for Connector/Python non free documentation

Noted in 1.0.10 changelog.

The GPL Connector/Python packages contained non-GPL documentation.
This could be an issue when Linux distributions would like to
repackage. PDF and other documentation formats now are removed from
the GPL packages, which point in the README_DOCS.txt file to online
availability of the manual.
