Description:
There is Row Format option in Options tab, but no KEY_BLOCK_SIZE stuff.

How to repeat:
Try to edit a table and go to Options tab.

Fixed as of MySQL Workbench 6.0.4, and here's the changelog entry:

An option to edit a table's "KEY_BLOCK_SIZE" information was added to the
"Options" tab, to go along with the current "Row Format" option.
