Description:
While going through the Synchronize Model dialog, if I select "Manage Stored Connections" from the connection drop-down, and add a new connection, upon saving the project and quitting MWB, the newly added connection does not get saved.

Connections added explicitly via the Manage Connections dialog do get saved correctly.

How to repeat:
The problem is consistently repeatable on my system - repeat as described above.

Fixed as of the upcoming Workbench 6.0.2, and here's the changelog entry:

Adding a new connection using the "Manage Stored Connection" option in the
"Synchronize Model" dialog would not save the connection after MySQL Workbench
was closed.

Thank you for the bug report.
