Description:
When I try to start mysql workbench, it just freezes displaying the splash screen.
I can't shut it down either, it somehow resits shutdown attempts even via Process Explorer.

Please ask for more details I've no idea what you need.

I'd really like to get it working ASAP, I need to create some DB diagrams from mySQL databases and I've no other tool for it - this thing used to work in the past.

I've tried complete clean reinstalling, numerous restarts of the computer, I've even removed the AppData/roaming/MySQL/Workbench folder as I read it online somewhere that it maybe a culprit.  No change.

In process explorer, there are two processes, the parent workbench, and it seems to have opened a "cmd.exe /c ipconfig"  - both are just hanging.

How to repeat:
Start the program, duh!
