Description:
The "Diagram" pane in an EER Diagram becomes unresponsive.  It does not update with any changes, and does not scroll - however, when you use the scrollbar, the Bird's Eye view reflect the changes in position, but nothing in the Diagram window itself moves. 

How to repeat:
Open EER Diagram - begin editing model - add table, edit table...etc.

I couldn't repeat or just I don't understand what it's the issue. Are you able to illustrate the reported behavior with screenshots? . Thanks.

please, try new Workbench version and let us know if still issue on.
do you find/have specific steps done? (in order to reproduce it)
