Description:
Searching for the manual page on SAVEPOINT syntax, I found that it was incorrectly included on the manual page for "13.3.3. Statements That Cause an Implicit Commit":
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en//implicit-commit.html

Scroll down, and note that section 13.3.4 appears on the same page:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en//implicit-commit.html#savepoint

How to repeat:
Go to link http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en//implicit-commit.html, scroll down to section "13.3.4"

Fixed parsing bug in publishing script that only affected this one heading, spread over several lines in HTML.
