Description:
When you try to rename an index created when you have added a new fk, the GUI stuck for a while and the index is not renamed.

How to repeat:
Just create two tables, add a fk from one to another and try to rename the index that have been automatically added.

Thank you for the bug report. I couldn't repeat on Mac OS X (10.8.2).
