Description:
When you try to create a view by right-clicking in the schema browser you get an access violation after entering the view name (you cannot enter any text in the dialog for a view name, at least you cannot see what you enter).

How to repeat:
Right click on a database in the browser and choose the 'create new view' option.

Suggested fix:
Unknown.
