Description:
when I have created a new user through workbench, the workbench tells me they have have an authentication plug in that is not recognised by the server.

This is holding up all my ork…

any clues	?

I do not know if this is the reason for me not being able to recreate my wp environment on my laptop after
 downloading db and wp-site from live… - but verytime I try to open homepage I get a 403 on my localhost.

The user I am trying to create is mysql user to access wp site.
When I test connection for it it fails, so there is definitely something going wrong.

I have not tried usign sql commands to do same task as yet, but wil do that next

How to repeat:
create a new user, any new user, with the system configuration described below in notes to developer.
attempt to return to that user's details in workbench.
Piop up message appears.
