Description:
After having some Diagramms on Model Overview, if the user try to change Name of one Diagramm, ( ex. rename 'EER Diagramm1' to 'MyDiagrammX') then one error occurs and Workbench Aborts. (This happens only if the diagramm is closed)

How to repeat:
1 - Starts MySQL Workbench and choose "Create New EER Model"
2 - Choose Add Diagram 
3 - Save all
4 - Close the "ERR Diagramm" TAB, at this time MySQL Workbench is showing the Model Overview.
5 - Click on 'ERR Diagramm' to rename it. Rename to 'My Diagramm', <ENTER>, so MySQL Workbench Aborts because error found.

Suggested fix:
Review the code around the problem to fix it.
