Description:
I uninstalled an earlier version of Workbench that was working fine in order to install the newest version. I think the earlier version was 5.2.25.
After installing the 5.2.44 is when I began encountering the crash on start up. The crash occurs while it's loading and you just see the splash screen at that time. I uninstalled it and deleted the MySql folder in ProgramFiles and re-installed. It still crashed on start up. I then uninstalled again and downloaded the zip archive no-install 5.2.44 version and tried that. It still crashes on start up.

How to repeat:
Start the main Workbench executable.
