Hello. Can you please try with the latest version of WB (5.2.47) and let us know your results? Thanks.

Hi, I am using Workbench version 5.2.47 of the workbench on Windows Server 2012 and still unable to open the SQL Editor. Any ideas?

Ok, lets do this: 1. Are you using a VM? 2. Can you please try to delete the current connection and create a new one? 3. If Step 2 doesn't work can you close WB, go to %AppData%\MySQL\Workbench and rename the "connections.xlm" file? 4. Also, can you please send us the WB Log file (Help->Show Log File). Thanks
