Description:
When doing ctrl + enter to execute query, DbSqlEditorView::on_exec_sql_progress is called twice

How to repeat:
Run WB in debug mode, 
place breakpoint in method: DbSqlEditorView::on_exec_sql_progress
execute some query with ctrl + enter

Suggested fix:
should be called only once
