What is the solution for this bug? I log into my computer as Administrator and it still produces this error.

The fix for this bug is deferred at the moment due to limited capacity. Btw. your problem seems to be something different. The bug here results from not being an admin on Windows.

We have the exact same thing and I am logged on as Administrator and I have used to installer version on Windows Server 2003. We get Access Violation at address 005B2504 with 100% CPU utilization.
